Commercial customers will be billed Time/Materials at $75/hour 1 hr. minimum in order to accommodate and expedite the services which often have extraordinary requirements in a corporate environment.
Flat rate services may be billed at an hourly rate currently $65/hour 1 hr minimum only if extraordinary circumstances apply.
Services not listed will be billed at hourly rates as above.

Spyware/Virus removal and PC Tuneup

Spyware and viruses are very complex and can be time consuming to remove and repair the damages created by these entities. If necessary, the technician may need to take the PC back to the shop to properly remove infections and repair your computer.
In shop service is more thorough and can help prevent re-infection. You must have an updated verion of antivirus and antispyware to keep your computer clean and running properly. If you do not have updated software I can offer Trend Micro Internet Security Suite and Spyware Dr. Anti Spyware as a solution to help keep your PC clean.
Some spyware and viruses can not be removed and the only way you can be guaranteed that it is off your PC is to format the hard drive and restore the operating system. On this occasion $30 of the this package will be credited to the PC rebuild price of $195 if you agree to go ahead with the rebuild.
This service includes the following:

Configure and scan using your installed and updated antivirus software.

Install, configure, scan for spyware using Malware Bytes and other free tools.

Trend Micro Internet Security suite is $60 (first yr and $45 per yr after) installed and configured for maximum protection against viruses. (Up to 3 computers) Malware Bytes is $30 installed and configured for maximum protection against spyware and malware.
Due to the nature of spyware and viruses there is no Guarantee that your machine will not become re-infected. Proper use of email and proper internet surfing habits are key to help keep your PC operational.
Computer/Notebook Backup
$50 per 20 gigs (external HDD is extra)
This is a drop off service only.
With the latest disk imaging technologies, your entire hard drive will be backed up to DVD, CD or external HDD keeping your data safe and in tact. If there is ever a problem with your HDD crashing we can then use the image we created to restore your PC back to the day we created the image. No data lost, no software to reinstall, all there for you ready to use in the condition you gave us your PC when the image was made.
- 500 gigabytes maximum backup capability
DVDs or CD-Roms will be used for drives up to 20 gigabytes all other will require external HDD option.
Computer Rebuild
$195 - In home rebuild is $65 per hr and can take 4 hrs or more Drop off service is prefered but not required.
Notice: All software must be present at time of installation. If OEM restore software and updated antivirus is not available, the cost of the restore media or operating system and antivirus will be added to the above stated price.

To diagnose your PC we will use the latest tools to get to the bottom of why your PC is acting up, and give you advice on what can be done to rectify the problems your PC is having. Then run all the microsoft, virus, and antispyware updates available if a high speed connection is available, if not then the service can not be performed in your home but must be brought back to our shop. We will then give your PC a good old fashion cleaning by blowing out the dust from the inside of the PC and peripherals and clean up the outside of the case.
If you decide to proceed with repairs using our services 50% of the diagnostic fee will be credited to the needed repairs.
